I hereby give my consent to Socciio representative to conduct all activities regarding my benefit claims on my behalf. This includes Socciio and Bridge Housing Solutions. I understand that any discretionary housing payment awarded for rent deposit and or rent in advance which has already been paid for by Socciio to help secure my new tenancy will be paid direct to Socciio (Bridge Housing Solutions). I give my local council permission to share information about the progress of my claim with Socciio and their representatives.
